About Me

I am a sole trader based in the north west of the UK, just below the lake district. Since moving here I have (ironically) had very little time to play Airsoft, however I spent many enjoyable years at LAC (Lincolnshire Airsoft Club) both as a player and a member of the marshal team.

Since 2023 I have been working full time to develop a range of high quality airsoft products, sourcing premium components from UK manufacturers (where possible) with a focus on customisation. I aim to give players a wide range of colours and options to pick from when ordering a product to make something unique to them.

In my free time I enjoy reading as well as walking/camping with my dog.

Quality Products - Fair Prices

From zips to fabric I have worked hard to source high quality materials. While these inevitably cost more they result in a final product which, I am confident, has far more durability than their mass produced counterparts and should last you many years of active use.

Everything has been designed, cut and stitched by myself with no outsourcing or overseas labour. This allows me to retain control over quality and have the flexibility to create bespoke work. Most importantly this avoids using countries who may employee forced and/or child labour in manufacturing.

My prices have to reflect the reality of using quality materials and UK labour costs, there is no avoiding this. However all prices are set only using labour and materials cost (Approximately 70/30 split) with no hidden markups, the price you pay fairly reflects the materials I have used and the time it takes me to make the item for you, nothing more, nothing less.

Tools and Equipment

All fabric is prepared using a 10w laser cutter. Dimensions, fold lines, markings, holes etc. are pre cut/marked. This allows for each pouch to be ‘handmade’ while maintaining a consistent standard between each unit.

Everything is then assembled with 40s bonded Nylon thread and a larger, stronger needle than traditional sewing. These are designed to work with the 1000d Nylon fabric to produce strong and durable seams. I am currently using a Singer Heavy Duty sewing machine with normal and walking foot attachments, the latter primarily for attaching MOLLE webbing.

Press studs, eyelet and magnetic connectors are attached with a ‘Green Machine' Press into pre (laser) cut holes. This ensures a secure, and consistent connection on every product.

Future Products

I have been working on a number of products in parallel since 2023, these include a full Plate Carrier (pictured), magazine pouches and Velcro drop pouches.

To fully release a polished product I have chosen to focus on the Utility Pouches for now. In the long term I aim to return to these other products, especially the Plate Carrier, as this is very close to being ready.

I’ll be posting updates on social media as well as updating the ‘Product Roadmap’ here.
